This beautiful antique arm chair is up for sale because I do not have much room for it in my apartment. It is in very good to excellent condition. With some new upholstery and if it is sanded down and re-varnished or stained, it will easily be like new. The frame is sturdy and in excellent condition. I wish I could keep it but I need to make room for my other belongings. The price is set well below what it is worth, however as I would really like to see it go to someone who will get better use out of it then I, I am also willing to negotiate! It was purchased from an older friend of the family. I have had it for many years and never had a single problem with it. It is clean and in great shape. It has beautiful detailing, including rounded claw-like feet, and a beautiful curve in the wood along the back rest. Please see attached photos. Thanks! ~Victoria
