The Robelle Dura-Guard Winter Cover for above ground pools includes a four-foot overlap, making this cover easier to secure to your pool than other pool covers. The green top of this cover is coated with a UV-resistant high-density polyethylene, and the bottom side is black to prevent algae growth. Includes two rows of double stitching around the hem that lengthens the life of the cover by preventing against wear and tear. The Robelle Dura-Guard Winter Cover features an 8 x 8 scrim (threads per square inch.) This cover is constructed with a polyethylene material that weighs 2.36 oz./yard2. Both the scrim count and material weight are good indicators of the strength of your pool cover. A cover with a tight weave and heavy material will last longer than inferior covers. Two grommets are placed on center every four feet. With these grommets, you should use the included stainless steel winch and all-weather cable to secure your pool cover.
